All contact through Roopraise
Buyers and sellers communicate only inside Roopraise Messages. Sharing phone numbers, email, WhatsApp, or social handles to move a conversation off-platform is not allowed.
No off-platform sales
Every order must be placed and paid for on Roopraise. Redirecting a buyer to complete or repeat a purchase elsewhere is a serious violation.
No contact details in orders
Business cards, flyers, invoices, or notes in packaging that point buyers off Roopraise are prohibited — this protects buyer trust and your account.
We handle payments & disputes
Roopraise processes payment, holds funds securely, and mediates any dispute — so both sides are protected on every transaction.
Enforcement: attempting to contact buyers directly or complete a sale off-platform may result in withheld payouts, removal of seller protection, and permanent account suspension. Repeat or severe violations forfeit any pending balance.
Pricing questions
Is it really free to list?+
Yes. There are no listing fees and no monthly subscription. You can add unlimited products and only pay a commission when an item actually sells.
How is the commission calculated?+
It's a percentage of the order value (item price + shipping), set by category. Your seller tier lowers that percentage as your monthly sales grow. A small per-order fee and standard payment processing also apply — the calculator shows exactly what you keep.
How and when do I get paid?+
We market and sell your goods to buyers across the USA, collect payment in USD, and pay you out to Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, the Middle East, and across Asia via Payoneer, Wise, or bank transfer on your chosen schedule.
What happens if I contact a buyer directly?+
Sharing contact details or taking a sale off Roopraise breaches the Seller Agreement and can lead to withheld payouts, loss of seller protection, and account suspension. All legitimate communication happens through Roopraise Messages.
